When it comes to helping kids achieve their potential, Molly, creator of the Imagine Children’s Health Center, Inc., is a modern day hero. With the help of $3,594.46 from a recent Lucky’s Market Impact day (10% of total sales), Molly will provide transportation, food, and supplies for 51 students to attend leadership classes held at the local Hodges University.
These all-day classes teach local Title 1 students valuable work and management skills, anti-bullying classes, and healthy living. Children receive transportation, all work and art materials, and their meals during the day from Imagine.
While a portion of the Impact proceeds benefit Title 1 students attending the leadership class, the rest helped launch the Leadership day camp and after-school program for underprivileged and emotionally traumatized children.
